Roles and Responsibility
for the Brand and Category Profitability of the ? Most Preferred Chocolate
Brand? in India
? Develop and
Execute a strong ATL(Above the Line) calendar to bring alive annual strategy
and meet defined marketing objectives
? Develop the
brand communication plan and coordinate with advertising agency to design and
execute impactful campaigns
Regional LSM (Local store marketing) programmes including planning, designing,
and monitoring implementation
Product Innovation through Stage & Gate process to ensure optimum resource
allocation and support from cross functional teams
with Research agencies for all key research required for identifying new
product/bundling ideas, short listing potential ideas on key parameters and
determining optimal pricing through qualitative and quantitative research
? Track brand
health scores and Usage and Attitude study gauging changes in consumer
preference, relevance of propositions and emerging trends and needs
? Experience in
launched New products
Should be any Graduate with MBA or PG in Marketing with min 5 years experience in Branding and promotion activities.
