Our client is a professional services and investment management company specializing in real estate. Global headquarters are located in Chicago, with an operational remit covering the Americas regional market. Sub-headquarters operate in London (covering the Europe, the Middle East and Africa regional market) and Singapore (covering the Asia Pacific regional market).
Roles and Responsibility

Accounting and financial reporting of all transactions in a Supply Chain Shared Services Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

? Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.

? Responsible for processing on a timely basis all vendor invoices received.

? Update customer files with issued invoices.

? Track exceptions in invoice register.

? Confirm that the appropriate approval and/or a company purchase order have been noted on each invoice.

? Confirm that the appropriate general ledger codes have been entered on each vendor invoice.

? Responsible for reconciliation of vendor statements.

 

Requirements:

? Excellent written communication skills.

? Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.

? Typing speed and accuracy.

? Familiarity with MS Office and data programs.

? High degree of attention to detail.

? Any graduate with 2-4years of relevant experience
