Roles and Responsibility:

Senior Manager Sales (HNI/NRI Sales)


Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Chennai City. 2. To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets 3. High Degree of Business Development Orientation 4. Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International) 5. Excellent incentive scheme for high performance.


Age 27 - 35 years ( Male/Female) 2. Smart Graduate / P.G, having 5 to 7 year minimum sales experience in selling high range residential Apartments / Flats / Villas in Chennai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company. 3. A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability. 4. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. 5. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients. 6. Go-getter in Sales, Self starter in accomplishing the given tasks and Target oriented. 7. Mobile and willing to travel extensively both domestically and Internationally ( Currently holding valid passport) 8. Available to start immediately 9. Must possess excellent presentation and MS Office skills. 10. The candidate must be highly energetic, savvy, and professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.


Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. 2. Would need to achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients and ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients 3. Create and conducts sales proposal presentations 4. Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver weekly precise and up to date sales MIS reports. 5. Would need to create / maintain excellent relationships with clients. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship 6. Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to the clients need 7. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales 8. Strictly adhere with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity. Page 2 of 2 9. Completing sales targets on a monthly basis. 10. The purpose of the role is to support the planning and implementation of sales strategies in order to meet company targets in the premium residential (Real-estate sales) projects.
