Roles and Responsibility

Skills:

?Strategic Focus

? Drive a performance-based organization culture that has the capabilities to change and adapt as the business environment and competitive

context changes

? Partner with the Leadership Team to develop enterprise business strategies that make sense in light of global labor trends and the company's

existing talent base

? Develop HR strategy, plan and programs to support the achievement of the overall organization?s vision and business objectives

? Provide effective leadership, to the HR function and acts as a transformational change agent for large-scale change as well as continuous

improvement initiatives

? Work with DMD Leadership to establish a succession management plan that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the firm

? Coordinate with Department Leaders to translate the business requirements into a staffing strategy and prepare the organization manpower

plan

? Responsible for designing employee retention programs and ensuring a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction

? Develop and monitor HR budget

? Operational Focus

? Forecast organization talent needs and assess the workforce's current capabilities

? Address talent gaps and develop a formal plan to attract, develop and deploy talent.

? Partner with Compensation specialists to determine competitive compensation

? Oversee the development and implementation of organization training and development programs for improving productivity.

? Facilitate identification of high performing and high potential employees and work out their retention strategy in close coordination with function

heads

? Formulate effective employee engagement strategies and criteria for measuring the same.

? Monitor the attrition rate of new hires- analyze and act if the attrition is too high

? Advise DMD Leadership on employee issues, including providing recommendations for Performance Improvement Plans and terminations

? Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and compliance for entire

organization

? Supervision and monitoring of employee grievance handling and welfare at the site

? Creates change management and communications strategy to support organizational level initiatives and manage expectations of business

leaders and employees.

? People Focus

? Responsible for managing his/her operational team by enforcing HR policies and procedures

? Support staffing through interview, selection and induction

? Performance management and annual appraisals

? Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise the employees under ambit and identifying training needs for the team

? Responsible to counsel and retain the top/ critical talent and keep the attrition rate low

? Additional Focus

? Prepare and get approval on CSR and admin budgets

? Ensures effective implementation of CSR activities as per direction from DMD Leadership

? Plan CSR campaigns and oversee the successful execution of the campaigns

? Frame the Admin policies and guidelines and oversee implementation, monitor admin activities and complaints

Behavioral Skills :

?Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals , policies and procedures

?Effective public relations and public speaking skills with superior interpersonal communication

Educational and Experience requirements:

?Masters in Business Administration with HR specialization with minimum of 5 years of HR experience with more than five years at senior management

level in a Real estate company with desired experience/expertise :

? Managing complex HR programs and core HR functional areas within a fast-paced, service-focused organizational environment

? Performance review methods and techniques

? Staff training, development and recognition

? Delegation, Mentoring, Coaching and counseling skills

? Understanding of real estate industry legislation, policies and procedures

Desired Candidate
