Roles and Responsibility

Customer Service Representative 

It is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the retail space through a new subscription service for womens clothing. it allows women to expand and extend their existing closets with new designers, prints, styles that they may have never tried before it. We aim to help women, with our unique subscription model, change their relationship to shopping and fashion by allowing them to experience Clothing without Commitment. We are headquartered in New York, with offices in Silicon Valley California, New Delhi and Bangalore in India. Our fulfillment center is located in Columbus, Ohio.

It is looking for high-energy individuals passionate about the customer willing to learn and work with a rapidly evolving service offering.

 

Responsibilities

         Handle incoming service requests from customers promptly and thoroughly by:

o   Gathering customer information

o   Providing product and service information

o   Resolving any customer issues

o   Creating a customer connect

 

         Ensure delivery to key metrics, quality, quantity and time, for team and self

 

Experience & Skills

         24 years work experience with the service industry in a customer- facing role

         Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

         Proven problem solving skills

         Flexibility to work in different shifts

 

Education

Bachelors degree
