? Learning Solution design for business operations covering
training needs analysis, training approach, content strategy, design &
development approach and delivery modes.
? Lay down the skill set requirements for each position in the
company in the area of both technical & behavioural skills.
? Develop enhancement programmes for each type of skill.
? Identifying training and development needs within an
organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation
? Working with business leaders and managers to identify training
needs and trends within the business.
? Designing and expanding training and development programmes
based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs.
? Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within
budgets and assessing the return on investment for training or development
? Developing effective induction programmes.
? Having an understanding of e-learning techniques and
implementing the same.
? Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace
learning and implementing appropriate methodology.
? Set-up systems and process to determine the gaps or skill
enhancement requirements and conduct skill enhancement session on a regular

? Manage multiple training and development vendors and evaluate
